Our methodology combines innovation with grounded expertise. We use AI-enabled desk research to quickly map available information, identify trends, and synthesize large volumes of data. This is followed by in-depth reviews to fill knowledge gaps and ensure contextual accuracy. We prioritize field validation through stakeholder validation workshops, key informant interviews (KIIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and field missions to ensure findings are credible, actionable, and aligned with local realities. This layered approach ensures that our outputs are both evidence-driven and grounded in practice.
