Agri-Industrial Parks and Jobs in Tanzania

The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank, to prepare a consolidated document on potential for Agri-Industrial Parks and Job Creation in Tanzania. A significant amount of secondary research, academic literature, government statistics, and alternate research sources were analyzed to conduct this study. The analysis was subsequently presented to the client in the form of a comprehensive document. The final document included:

• Inclusive agri – industrial park models globally to inform the Tanzanian agri-industrial parks 

• Case studies of Indian, Ethiopian and Vietnamese agri-industrial parks to identify best practices

• Guidelines on how the agri-industrial parks can be operationalized in Tanzania
