The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank India to provide Monitoring & Evaluation services on the South Sudan Emergency Food and Nutrition Security Project (EFNSP). This was carried out using extensive primary and secondary research. The objective of the assignment was to formulate the Implementation Completion Report at the end of project. The final deliverables and work included: 

• Prepared the first draft of Implementation Completion Report 

• Conducted expert interviews through virtual calls with the World Bank team and implementation agencies (including FAO, UNICEF and WFP)

• Assessed the quality of project’s monitoring & evaluation on the basis of: quality of M&E design; quality of M&E implementation; and quality and M&E implementation
