The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank Rwanda to provide technical assistance in the project design. This was carried out using extensive primary and secondary research. The objective of the assignment was to lead the design of the value chain and innovation component under the project. The final deliverables and work included: 

• · Value chain analysis of Horticulture, Rice, Irish Potato, Cassava, Beans and Maize

• Contribute to the costing of the value chain interventions identified based on value chain analysis

• Design of the value chain and innovations component under the CDAT project
