Rwanda Agriculture Performance of Results (PforR) project

The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank Rwanda to provide technical assistance for the PforR-II Project. This was carried out through interviews with project team and rigorous secondary research. The project objectives were to provide technical assistance in the planning phase of the new PforR -II project and Implementation Completion Report (ICR) for PforR-I. The final deliverables and work included: 

• Advised the government on the Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) linked to private sector development

• Reviewed the ToRs of private sector leveraging strategy and customised extension study to be done under the project

• Analysed the input sector in Rwanda for Implementation Completion Report

• Presented the findings to the World Bank team
