The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank India to provide technical advisory for the design of the second phase of the project. This was carried out through interviews with project team and rigorous secondary research. The objective of the assignment was to develop the Agribusiness Diagnostics and Strategy for the North East States of India to provide advisory on the design of the second phase of NERLP. The final deliverables and work included: 

• Design of the project components by developing a detailed PowerPoint deck stating the opportunities for growth in the region; potential of agribusiness in terms of opportunities & strategic value chains; constraints faced by the agribusiness sector in the region; and proposed strategies for the second phase of NERLP

• Developed a Project Preliminary Report (PPR) to be submitted to the government

• Presented the deck and PPR to the World Bank and Government team
