The team at WhitePeak was engaged by AGRER to provide technical assistance and advisory in the project. The objective of the assignment was to direct the planning process and work program, supervise the studies and monitor progress according the scope of services to be rendered.  The final deliverables and work included: 

• Formulation of project proposal and implementation structure for the project
• Provide technical assistance to small holder and producer groups on new technologies to increase production outputs, best husbandry practices and opportunities for value added operations
• Value chain analysis to identify investment opportunities and challenges taking into account the regulatory environment, and propose interventions for exploiting the business opportunities
• Provide technical assistance for the establishment of 300 Village Milk Collection Centers (VMCCs.)
