The team member at WhitePeak was engaged by World Bank to provide a framework to guide projects on enterprise development and job creation in the agriculture sector in South Sudan. Secondary research encompassed in-depth analysis of significant quantum of academic literature, government statistics, and other research sources to propose viable solutions to accelerate job creation. The final document included 
  - Context of South Sudan which provided a broader overview of the country’s economic condition, demographics and agricultural sector
 
  - Conceptual frameworks which included technology & innovation, institutions and social & cultural frameworks, focusing on new technology, business-focused development interventions, organizations & mobilization techniques that  addresses capacity needs of farmers and the psycho-social issues brought on by living in prolonged conflict
 
  - Good practices from other countries, including technological innovation, enterprise development models, and mobilization techniques that can be effective in moving farming communities out of the humanitarian trap and becoming self- sufficient
 
  - Value Chain Analysis for cereals, oil-seeds, livestock, vegetable and legumes. Impact analysis was done for value chains based on, food security potential, livelihood sustainability, export potential, local market demand, feasibility of production, and availability of inputs.
